These Mobile Messaging Terms supplement any other terms and conditions governing your use of our website and Services, as well as our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the SMS Program, you agree to these Terms of Use and Mobile Messaging Terms, including any applicable agreement to resolve disputes through binding, individual arbitration as provided in our governing terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the SMS Program.
2. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
When we update them, we may notify you by text message and provide a link to the revised terms. Your continued participation in the SMS Program after receiving notice of an update indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must opt out of the SMS Program.
3. Types of Messages
Participants in our SMS Program may receive messages concerning:
- School Freedom Fund Oklahoma’s goals and mission;
- Events, important dates, and voting deadlines;
- Surveys and petitions;

- Other informational, fundraising, or marketing communications supporting School Freedom Fund Oklahoma’s goals and mission.
4. Consent to Receive Messages
You must affirmatively opt in to join the SMS Program.
By participating, you agree to receive informational, fundraising, and marketing messages at the telephone number associated with your opt-in. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, an artificial or prerecorded voice, or other automated technology.
Your consent is not a condition of making a purchase or donation.
Message and data rates may apply. The SMS Program involves recurring messages, and the number and frequency of messages may vary based on your interactions with us. Message frequency may vary. Reply HELP for help. Donation messages may be solicited as part of the SMS Program.

We will send you a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
If you wish to rejoin the SMS Program, you may sign up again in the same manner you used initially.
You understand and agree that the keywords listed above are the reasonable methods for opting out. Other methods, including sending different words or making a verbal request, may not be recognized as valid opt-out requests.

7. Deactivated or Transferred Telephone Numbers
Wireless carriers may provide information identifying telephone numbers that have been deactivated or transferred from one carrier to another. We may proactively remove deactivated numbers from our subscription list.
If you intend to stop using the telephone number associated with your SMS Program subscription—including by canceling your service, selling or transferring your device, or transferring the number to another person—you agree to opt out before you stop using that number.
Your agreement to notify us is a material part of these terms.
If you discontinue use of your telephone number without notifying us, you agree to be responsible for costs, liabilities, and reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred by us or a party assisting with the delivery of our messages as a result of claims brought by a person later assigned that number.
This obligation survives the cancellation or termination of your participation in the SMS Program.
8. Message Delivery
We are not responsible for delays or failures in the receipt of SMS messages connected with the SMS Program.
Message delivery depends on effective transmission by your wireless-service provider or network operator and is outside our control. The SMS Program may not be available through all carriers or compatible with all mobile devices.
